AYUN: About 200 goats have gone missing along with a shepherd from the summer pasture of Bumburate, local people told ChitralToday.
They said the goats belonging to four families were in the pasture and a shepherd was also there when some people kidnapped them.
It is not confirmed if locals are involved in the crime or some intruders from Afghanistan took away the animals.
But the local police said about 150 animals were missing from the pasture and no shepherd had been abducted.
They said the incident occurred late on Monday night.
According to the locals, such incidents often happen in the area. On July 8, 2016, two shepherds were kidnapped and later murdered by unknown people who also took away hundreds of animals from a pasture.
